Yeee Haww

I am getting the fence fixed next week. I finally have enough $$. Life is good.

Fly is a shit head. He still thinks he is the boss of me in herding. If he doesn't get his way he just lays down and quits. I have lift him by his collar and propel him on his way. Stinker. He bit me a couple times on Sunday. I have two words for him Nuts Off. Maybe, that will correct his attitude.

Getting Better

I am getting better. The pasture fence is still down. The sheep are seeming more content though. Fly has a UTI. He will be on antibiotics for 2 more weeks plus a probiotic. After the 2 weeks the vet will get a sterile urine sample and we' ll go from there. I think I will have him neutered. His conformation isn't that good. He is herding demon though. HIs head is too small and he is too light boned.

I found someone to cut my hay. He still hasn't done it yet. I am starting to get anxious. I don't need much,but it is good to have. He is going to leave me 40 bales and take the rest. It is good grass hay. I was hoping to get a second cutting, but if he waits much longer it won't happen. I woulod like 40 bales from that too.

I personally am feeling better. I don't know if I am just getting used to the disarray or what. I think the fact that after the flood I went into action instead of just worrying helped.
